COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MPM1423ASG7JZ1N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the MDSKARS07122 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MLRC27 manufactured by Max-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPGB010091S24 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand MPLB4530KMK22AAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MKD041B144GP0KN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM1141ATG6JZ1N made by Parker as well as the popular Model5S3000 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGM490CONS0000 by Emerson and MKD041B144GP0KN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPLA1530UVJ42AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
