COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MPM1143R-1388 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the MESBYSB5120AB500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPLA430PMJ72AA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MKD041B144GP0KN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sipco Brand MP105D01215CTB1P1S00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MDSKSRS05623 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MACDB080NI made by Ormec as well as the popular ME3528547C original spares produced by Torque-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112C0HD1B130A1I1250S05 by Indramat and MDSKSRS05623 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDC1040CMMA0S06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
