COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MPM1142DTJG1R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Penny--Giles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the MH18H01FA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRB13115401 manufactured by Phd and we are pleased to be able to service most Phd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3910 by Manufacturer Penny--Giles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phd Brand 1534110001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker-Nsk such as CM232XE00535 equipment made by Parker-Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker-Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker-Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 59753610 made by Pfaff as well as the popular S025V2F12I21T30M00 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C0400X0000Y0126Z027 by Perceptron and CM232XE00535 spares by Parker-Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT7024P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pelco. |
