COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MPJ1424R41-KPSN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the MOO80654067 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDXMA2M07113 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M63C2 by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand MHM63000CONS0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as MPFB310PSJ22AA equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD065A made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC071B0PS3C095A2S001 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD090CN030N2L110PB0 by Indramat and MPFB310PSJ22AA spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090C0GD2C130B1S003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
