COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MP233BD-NTQN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MKD025B144GG0KN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M7144T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090B0PD1B110A0I01250S001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MACJ2073203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as MACDB200QI equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC092B0QD2C095A2S018 made by Indramat as well as the popular M6284A1055S original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD090CN040N2L110PB0 by Indramat and MACDB200QI spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0JS2C095A0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
