COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker MGM1143ASG6JN5Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Waukesha-Cherry-burrell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC090C0GD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M38BP821214 manufactured by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell and we are pleased to be able to service most Waukesha-Cherry-burrell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D0ED4C130A0WI524LS05 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lense Brand MCS19J30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kawasaki such as MFA420FY0BS equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD090CN040N2L110GB1 made by Rexroth as well as the popular M2333T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090C0GD3C110A2S018 by Rexroth and MFA420FY0BS spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M6284A1055S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
