COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker GEM-VM50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the VFSX2007P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC07A0085A3400 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NX70CPU70P1 by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand RS1S05AA0HF08P1L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saehan such as 4S56Q08254S equipment made by Saehan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saehan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saehan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HG101511A made by Sato as well as the popular SGDA02AP original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z620 by Parker and 4S56Q08254S spares by Saehan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YS4080FN001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
