COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker F60C1897-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Psytronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 5RJ767311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IRT1405 manufactured by Reis and we are pleased to be able to service most Reis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P4803D by Manufacturer Psytronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sprecher--Schuh Brand CEF112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 85080022 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DRC810DT made by Philips-Dynalite as well as the popular 17550861 original spares produced by Potter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BE1851H5N150 by Basler and 85080022 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0749M01A500X0X00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schweitzer. |
