COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker DRG3-1100A-230B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Contraves products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Contraves such as the C21D00A10A00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFSM2030B252A manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C56H1793M by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT90S4TH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electric such as DNGW160MN02A equipment made by Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D3169 made by Hyper-loop as well as the popular D55001 original spares produced by Berger-Lahr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DAPME04100430045 by Sbb and DNGW160MN02A spares by Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DH038030E4B02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony. |
