COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker CM164XJ-01740C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motovario parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRF15AS31020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHA52FT80A4 manufactured by Motovario and we are pleased to be able to service most Motovario systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLMH101E12SB by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CD5318 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cmc such as BNR3012THHT113D equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHA52FB made by Motovario as well as the popular C42T17FZ14B original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BVTL15N by Tecnotion and BNR3012THHT113D spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRS397H370AAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
