COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker 890CD-531200B0-000-1B00 890CD/5/0002B/N/ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 920171804 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9040240013 manufactured by Adept and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B0137B0757000 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B11100260 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ferraz-Shawmut such as A155B3D0R0300E equipment made by Ferraz-Shawmut have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ferraz-Shawmut products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ferraz-Shawmut" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A03B0801C125 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B6096H107 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02B0247B541 by Fanuc and A155B3D0R0300E spares by Ferraz-Shawmut are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0247B531SERIES21iM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
