COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker 87-014030-02A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saehan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Powermax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the PY0A030E0XXyPH1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4S56Q08254S manufactured by Saehan and we are pleased to be able to service most Saehan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P21NSHSLNSNS02 by Manufacturer Powermax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tsx08h02mk Brand TSX08H02MK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as DR2A5ACNY41 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGDH05AE made by Yaskawa as well as the popular RKD514HC original spares produced by Vexta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GN711A by Siemens and DR2A5ACNY41 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1W10Y2666500002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
