COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Par Excellence PX3160 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pinnacle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBB20L3MUSC3V12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG16OF20 manufactured by Pinnacle and we are pleased to be able to service most Pinnacle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 454265 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Peacock Brand GST04225FKL3720B6A2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pinnacle such as DR480FAU equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pinnacle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pinnacle" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLS19027511KC6610 made by Penny--Giles as well as the popular MG08OF25 original spares produced by Pinnacle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 450134080108550003 by Pharma-Control and DR480FAU spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 725SOC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power/mation-Division. |
