COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic UZH100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Procamhd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Penny--Giles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Procamhd such as the 3562C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 91710145150095 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLS3200450C6610N by Manufacturer Penny--Giles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Racal-dana-Instruments Brand 111540 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pickering such as 7306X4A0DCDCLVDT equipment made by Pickering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pickering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pickering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 42LTB42LRC made by Photoswitch as well as the popular 98520262 original spares produced by Pulsotronic-Altech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0j500m1ke23 by Pepperl and 7306X4A0DCDCLVDT spares by Pickering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 19X1078REVAL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilot. |
