COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic S-5684-20212 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pfreundt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBB085GM25E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H8500bar manufactured by Pfreundt and we are pleased to be able to service most Pfreundt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PB20086FS11BCS by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand UB12012GMUV1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perceptron such as S0400X0075Y0102Z02159173008 equipment made by Perceptron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perceptron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perceptron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USP125AS675 made by Ramsey as well as the popular TYPE41FR2 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ30U2WBHMSSP3NO by Pepperl and S0400X0075Y0102Z02159173008 spares by Perceptron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HLC105FBK5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
