COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic N310P9211 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pyromation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Photoswitch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Protech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyromation such as the RTD700REL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42RLL4000 manufactured by Photoswitch and we are pleased to be able to service most Photoswitch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 58504K58505k by Manufacturer Protech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosonic Brand SN06421 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proportion-Air such as DSY100 equipment made by Proportion-Air have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proportion-Air products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proportion-Air" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 904159 made by Pepperl as well as the popular PAS2R5ASTASW2 original spares produced by Phd-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPSV2NPC by Parker and DSY100 spares by Proportion-Air are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NBB085GM25E2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
