COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic N310P917C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proxitron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proxitron such as the IKM070T38GS4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 453645 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K166004M01K166008A01 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand KFD2SHEX1KFD2SHEX1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precitec such as ZOCAM90P025118000001 equipment made by Precitec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precitec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precitec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HS20M12Z16830DSFB310 made by Photocraft as well as the popular KHD3ICDEX132 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VDM183002088122151193924 by Pepperl and ZOCAM90P025118000001 spares by Precitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTWKV8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
