COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic MFA040LA2NS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the M2VA90L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MACDB200QI manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D0ED1B130A0I01250S05 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gettys Brand M444KENB0P0E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balder such as M4410T4 equipment made by Balder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M91A40G4DU made by Panasonic as well as the popular M238H60A3BOYAG original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112D0ED1B130A1J1250S05 by Indramat and M4410T4 spares by Balder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M124B3BA900F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
