COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic EZ-11-PN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Peerless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raytek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Perceptron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Peerless such as the F11025AMBF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RayGPCM manufactured by Raytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Raytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91730205150095 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Penny--Giles Brand SLS190250C6610N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perceptron such as 5150097H4967 equipment made by Perceptron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perceptron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perceptron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NJ30USWBHMSSP3 made by Pepperl as well as the popular DR160FAU original spares produced by Pinnacle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLB782U by Pixelink and 5150097H4967 spares by Perceptron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
