COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Panasonic AFPG430 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRG5M47P51F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHM09V2000 manufactured by Carel and we are pleased to be able to service most Carel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B2035399 by Manufacturer Tamron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Johnson-Controls Brand ASUNT1201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLIVD100AU0614000600111 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5E17M0203WS32 made by Balluff as well as the popular C500CPU113G2C3CPU11 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLV4907010 by Sick and BLIVD100AU0614000600111 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CJ1WAD041V1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
