COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Palomar/skf Microlog parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power/mation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prime-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBN2F581100S4E8V1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 230PU manufactured by Power/mation and we are pleased to be able to service most Power/mation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R5T285L483014SL8PU4SC63CT by Manufacturer Prime-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perceptron Brand 91730225150095 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as NJ30USWBHMSSP3 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLS1900250L5001N made by Penny--Giles as well as the popular 230CPU original spares produced by Power/mation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ30U4W4Y13196 by Pepperl and NJ30USWBHMSSP3 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF4AH24H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
