COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific SR3640-8063-7-56HC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Van-Der-Graaf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDS20A72AY539 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH14030330000000000000 manufactured by Elau and we are pleased to be able to service most Elau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SerialNS5135501 by Manufacturer Van-Der-Graaf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGlGW40A253AP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Century such as SC182 equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMPH08A1A2LSHIMPO made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMG09V2DB original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD8036 by Mj-Tooling and SC182 spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM233AETGSN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
