COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R65GENA-R2-NS-VS-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl--Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P18G7400CB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PBD020086 manufactured by Pepperl--Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl--Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ODG634 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mycom Brand PS49602A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as PMA65R1110000 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM975TFB made by Boston as well as the popular NR42S005 original spares produced by Bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMB31B0010000 by Pacific-Scientific and PMA65R1110000 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P14X1371M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
