COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R34JENC-TS-NS-NV-OO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elmo-Abb-Robotics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56H6328MGF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS130690P3107 manufactured by Elmo-Abb-Robotics and we are pleased to be able to service most Elmo-Abb-Robotics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NBR7094 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand NM327195020219 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R27DT90L4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R32DT71C4BM605HR made by Sew as well as the popular P56X3833 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PH268ME068B by Oriental and R27DT90L4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56X1534R300Q56R40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
