COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R33GENC-HS-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor such as the R276K0596905N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK564BW manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVM3542D by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand PPCR022NNT2NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikki-Denso such as NA206BF equipment made by Nikki-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Denso" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N42202H00AA193530 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular P14H7632 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PE254T154 by North-American and NA206BF spares by Nikki-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P15330 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bradley. |
