COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R24SSNA-R1-NS-NV-07 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shanghai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the PPLTFG21TEG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NB1423FRMTW179 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q320621PYB by Manufacturer Shanghai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cmc Brand MT5350128CFMT5350128CF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P18G3833A equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OTN203S1V33XU184TC made by Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor as well as the popular MT308B1R1C1050308B14443 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P56H41440SSS by Reliance and P18G3833A spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R02MA2OE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
