COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMA22B-10114-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jd-Rig--Supplies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weeke product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jd-Rig--Supplies such as the NB284T6D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT1506A1R2C1 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE4132 by Manufacturer Weeke as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand MT2250BCYCN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P18A7204 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM975TFB made by Boston as well as the popular MT1502A1R1C1 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P56X7269M by Reliance and P18A7204 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P60B18450RXS20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
