COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific K32HCHJ-LEK-PF-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pamco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pangborn product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the R45G1000M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS1003W121012 manufactured by Pamco and we are pleased to be able to service most Pamco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P650678 by Manufacturer Pangborn as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand I541X28BB1C182X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pfeffer--Partner such as RPLN42H equipment made by Pfeffer--Partner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pfeffer--Partner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pfeffer--Partner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RH10990S made by Perfection as well as the popular MSK030C0900NNM1UG1NNNN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XHPA by Reuland and RPLN42H spares by Pfeffer--Partner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Philadelphia. |
