COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific H42HCLT-LNK-NS-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nissei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nissei such as the EEKK8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F71520B5G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G608NGX by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gonzalez Brand GHE111051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as GMTA02018U5V4H equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GKR042MHBR07124 made by Lenze as well as the popular G3K18N030BMH4A original spares produced by Brother Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H42HCLTLNKNS00 by Pacific-Scientific and GMTA02018U5V4H spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G12008600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
