COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific F46GEBA-R4-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Daito-Mfg.-Co. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daito-Mfg.-Co. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sony product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Daito-Mfg.-Co. such as the DTMT8560 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DTMT120190 manufactured by Daito-Mfg.-Co. and we are pleased to be able to service most Daito-Mfg.-Co. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DH038030E4B02 by Manufacturer Sony as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT80N4KSS47DT80WN4KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by National such as EMDL294PE001 equipment made by National have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EH90A1B500Z24P0X6PA549 made by Miller as well as the popular DFT90L4BMG2HR original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT90L4 by Sew and EMDL294PE001 spares by National are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E481500X7971 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer C.d.l.. |
