COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific E33HCHT-LEK-PD-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bcs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bcs such as the COMY1Q24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CWDM3555 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXEWB by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson-Electric-Motor-Ss-Cz6t17vc55a-117131.00 Brand CZ6T17VC55A11713100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vickers such as DG1V4012AL10 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available dfv160l4bm30hrks made by Sew as well as the popular DXM340C original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DR202AL72M by Ametek and DG1V4012AL10 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DT115030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thompson. |
