COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific BA3616-7035-10-48C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bogue-Electric-Mfg-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the AP5M150B1C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B0613B025 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B43933 by Manufacturer Bogue-Electric-Mfg-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B0524B251103000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0852B200 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B0601B made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B0522B051 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the a84000HVis by Fanuc and A06B0852B200 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B0852B294 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
