COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific M22NRXC-LSN-NS-03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tci product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HNL011E1000N0012A500NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRG2L manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDRA2LC1 by Manufacturer Tci as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Payne Brand 18D220I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Seiko such as SRC500 equipment made by Seiko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seiko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seiko" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available cimrgu25p51f made by Yaskawa as well as the popular JEPMCMC210 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSS2A321P by Panasonic and SRC500 spares by Seiko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6000RPM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teknic. |
