COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Overly Hautz 213A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Paper-Converting-Machine-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rocom-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Paper-Converting-Machine-Co such as the 121587 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AL000100C375C375 manufactured by Rocom-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Rocom-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 614593 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand DC300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexnord such as 7300875 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P821K712P821K75316SSPIN made by Rexnord as well as the popular px60007106 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 245014M85 by Powergrip-Htd and 7300875 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56X3900V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
