COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Overly Hautz & Worldwide Electric 256B2 & W256T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Plast-o-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pfeffer--Partner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Plast-o-matic such as the PR100V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPLN41BK manufactured by Pfeffer--Partner and we are pleased to be able to service most Pfeffer--Partner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES57300330 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand 100A56560001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as R43HEBATSNSNV0 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B79C2468MWTCC0180 made by Reliance as well as the popular SFN65C100I original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK602HLL01 by Parker and R43HEBATSNSNV0 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4AC831RH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
