COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Osacom L3899Y (L3899Y05) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mirage-Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mirage-Ircon such as the MR200218F11000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LUT1400 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC19PR0026 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MHD112B024PP1BN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as NF1000G3 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MH4360317 made by Osaka-Kiko as well as the popular MM336A0000 original spares produced by Miyachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACA055DK1A by Ormec and NF1000G3 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNAE5521701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
