COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ormec MAC-DB200Q/I MACDB200Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bautz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bautz such as the M406D00101000018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3219T8 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090B0PD4C110A2WI520LVS018 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand LSM130102304MOKA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vexta such as KXPM5120GDAB equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LHYM15D4160Y3B31 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular MA060900010BD5 original spares produced by Mavilor-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M7072T by Baldor and KXPM5120GDAB spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3BP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
