COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental PK243A1-SG7.2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Novastop product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmc such as the MT2620144DF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P20B10200LCL67 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSPB70002239 by Manufacturer Novastop as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand MTB506A2F9A3070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gefeg such as ND9462 equipment made by Gefeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gefeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gefeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM8922179 made by Intek as well as the popular NX201 original spares produced by Fireye Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P60B13100HCL66 by Sanyo and ND9462 spares by Gefeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRM21201H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
