COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor SB325-1N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pfeffer--Partner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Drive such as the 2AK1141316 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPLN81KN manufactured by Pfeffer--Partner and we are pleased to be able to service most Pfeffer--Partner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75000301 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand 730089050HQD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Regina such as LW1873TK712 equipment made by Regina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Regina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Regina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16952 made by Pcc as well as the popular 140C10M94759 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZKG0000700X1XA51235 by Rexnord and LW1873TK712 spares by Regina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6HS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Philadelphia. |
