COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor MSM315-401 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued American-Precision products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rauland-Borg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader American-Precision such as the P315XM232 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCGCM manufactured by Rauland-Borg and we are pleased to be able to service most Rauland-Borg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NVBA1110T02GN by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand PX4051A5BA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westcode such as N450CH24 equipment made by Westcode have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westcode products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westcode" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PDM150x321 made by Electro-craft as well as the popular PH600S28024 original spares produced by Lambda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ORN50BFE by Ormec and N450CH24 spares by Westcode are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Mufoea02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
