COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor M540-401-115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nus-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MHD090B035PG0UN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MWI10012E8 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NUSB071PA1 by Manufacturer Nus-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC063D0JS3C095B0S001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NTH25CST141B equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD093BN040N2L110GA0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MG75Q2YS42 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT43EXS2CP60MARCPSA2PE82PA42 by B--B-Electrinics and NTH25CST141B spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OT301SL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Photonics-Phototronics. |
