COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor 4GN7.5K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rhp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Poggi-Gearbox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rhp such as the 22314HLW333 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2008R11012 manufactured by Poggi-Gearbox and we are pleased to be able to service most Poggi-Gearbox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NR23S003 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand MB90001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as PX115050S2 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4AC831RH made by Reliance as well as the popular RLK60880 original spares produced by Ringspann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3141CC by Reliance and PX115050S2 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord. |
