COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental FPW690S-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Daito-Mfg.-Co. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eline such as the EM106 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4809770109 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DTMT8560 by Manufacturer Daito-Mfg.-Co. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand EM2332T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as E194BE194 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EJPM4103T made by Itt-Industries-A-c-Pump-Baldor as well as the popular ES65 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FECQTI by Yaskawa and E194BE194 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elektrim. |
