COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental CSK299-ATA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlen such as the CC550T3600AB12MSOS312CC13F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC4M0204 manufactured by Brook and we are pleased to be able to service most Brook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM7006A by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand BMH0952N5RA1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as C6T34NK14A equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRVU4A0018FAA made by Yaskawa as well as the popular CGP31130T original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C215T17DB15F by Wattsaver and C6T34NK14A spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BM014HBC90 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
