COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Optosafe P4112BX P4112C-AC1-15X-5R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Penny--Giles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 51500955153608 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 85592 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLS190250C6610N by Manufacturer Penny--Giles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parson-Peebles Brand 30611T29851002B3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Original-Machine such as HAMBERG36 equipment made by Original-Machine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Original-Machine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Original-Machine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 91730205150095 made by Perceptron as well as the popular 1488970287 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MLV408H3347 by Pepperl and HAMBERG36 spares by Original-Machine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 127452 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
