COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Optimation OPTIMATE OP-1500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Piovan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick-Panel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the PS153T2DDAAD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PremiumPanel manufactured by Piovan and we are pleased to be able to service most Piovan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPM3D200B2PQPM3D200B2P by Manufacturer Quick-Panel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hoerbiger-origa Brand P1100120100000300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Red-Lion such as TCU00004 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PHGGG1 made by Bosch as well as the popular S7FHTA062P original spares produced by Gvision Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PZ57BA by Mitsubishi and TCU00004 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPS8500DLS2C2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Statec. |
