COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Optima Scales OP-310-15000-LE-SS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Park parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the M9MA40GKP4W1PAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 650V43212030B01P00B2 manufactured by Park and we are pleased to be able to service most Park systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KXPD120ABZ by Manufacturer Oriental as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand CW3105CLC1470 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optrex such as DMC4047 equipment made by Optrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optrex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZSM4D030A made by Oriental-Motor as well as the popular VP7662A original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40CFRCDUC020000 by Parker and DMC4047 spares by Optrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3F1AN001AP0260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
