COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Optex CD22M-15-485M12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opto parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Orientec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific such as the E34HLHSLNKNS03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 001788J manufactured by Opto and we are pleased to be able to service most Opto systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP308425 by Manufacturer Orientec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 150CTEF4MA3U14AC0300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental-Motor such as EZSM4D010MA equipment made by Oriental-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD43503R made by Optex as well as the popular 718A2P original spares produced by Panadac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S22GSNA by Pacific-Scientiac-Brushless-Servo-Motor and EZSM4D010MA spares by Oriental-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 200RT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
