COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Optex CD22-15-485M12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Optex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panametrics-Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Par-Sytems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Optex such as the NFDH08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMS3211100 manufactured by Panametrics-Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Panametrics-Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7441361 by Manufacturer Par-Sytems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Optex Brand DSTA200M8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as 4710PS20TB30 equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTU80 made by Optex as well as the popular DMC4047 original spares produced by Optrex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CVS3N21RA by Optex and 4710PS20TB30 spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0250CBE3MA1U18AC3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
