COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the 1488970287 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SN06421 manufactured by Prosonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CJ1030GME2V1CJ1030GME2V1 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand 453645 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pall such as RC0113CZ090H equipment made by Pall have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pall products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pall" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P31B50 made by Parker as well as the popular 7ML15010AA10 original spares produced by Pointek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRL2311001529 by Pepperl and RC0113CZ090H spares by Pall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS2201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Paco.
